We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Most orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours. Tracking numbers will be updated against your order. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 working days please email us at sales@worldhomeliving.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Please get in touch and we will help you. Please include all a name and order number on the returned parcels. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order at no cost to yourself however this must be done before the item is dispatched. If the item has been dispatched, please get in touch and we will try to help.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, please call us urgently on 0208 054 5900. Please ensure we have acknowledged your change within 1 hour. Please note no refunds will be provided after the time period has lapsed.
