Returning your product if it’s unwanted:
Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) along with your full name and address within 30 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.
Returning your product because it has a fault:
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we offer FREE returns.
After 30 days, we’ll repair the product as long as it’s within the terms and conditions of our warranty.

What happens when you receive the return?
We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 - 5 working days.
What if I can't see my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I refund Sale items?
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange my item for another colour of the same value?
If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
